I know I’m about to sound old fashioned… but not having phone support for banking services is a deal breaker. The ONLY way to get help for anything, is through a list of help topics in the app. A lack of phone support may not sound like a big deal but when it comes to taking your business seriously, but your bank is obviously a huge part of that. Contacting Found for help relies on sending them a message which they may not even receive for a whole day. I’m sorry, but when I need help from my bank, I can’t accept it taking days to resolve an issue. 30 minutes on the phone sounds annoying, however, it’s definitely the superior option to back and forth messaging over the course of a couple days. I guess this is my fault for assuming that a reputable banking technology and or service would have a phone number.
When I’m trying to run two businesses, I don’t have time to “chat” over the course of a day two. I’d rather sit on hold listening to elevator music while waiting to speak with someone… at least that way I can wear AirPods while waiting and multitask and still be productive.
PS. eBay doesn’t accept Found as a legitimate bank and therefore cannot be used for payouts.

If I could leave less than one star, I would. I am so disappointed in Found. I’ve been banking with them for nearly 4 years and had no real complaints until now. I was supposed to provide my EIN number, which I did but overlooked the request to provide the actual letter from the IRS. I was informed a few weeks later that my account was frozen until I provided the mentioned letter, which I immediately did. Should’ve been a straight forward process but instead it has been nearly two weeks with no word from Found. I have called (which was pointless because the automated message said they can’t handle frozen accounts over the phone, but I have tried repeatedly anyways), emailed, messaged through the app, etc a total of 12 times. NOTHING. So they have access to ALL of my business money and I have missed payments, deadlines, money has been returned to senders. It’s absolutely ridiculous and I will be looking into legal action, because what else can I do? How do you get your money back from a bank that won’t answer you? Do yourself a favor and bank with a company who will actually respond to their customers.

So far I’m not impressed. They only use Stripe to take credit cards which turned out to be a complete disaster. Be sure to read reviews on Stripe. They are horrible. See the reviews of people who are waiting over a year for Stripe to release thousands of dollars. Or the hundreds of people who experienced charges backs 3 months after the sale without warning or a conversation.
They take 3% and keep your money for 14 freaking days. No one does that. When my money was finally released from Stripe it’s going to take another 2 days to get it released in Found because they hang on to your money too. I just got an email saying I will see my money by tomorrow end of business.
NO OTHER app is this slow. If you use PayPal you get your money immediately! Or use Authorize Net and get your money the next day … which is at the latest 6 am. Cash flow is critical for entrepreneurs. If you can float thousands of dollars for over 2 weeks go ahead and use this app otherwise i don’t see the advantage. I like the reporting but waiting for my money is unacceptable. If you do use this app don’t use Stripe unless you want to pay a company to hold your money for you,
