Another bate a switch company.
I purchased the pro version with no ads no tracking. Worked great the first 16-18 months, then during a update didn’t work. Uninstalled DarkBrowserPrivateSecure reinstalled only to find out now requires a monthly or annual subscription! Had they been honest and warned my pro version was only good til they upgraded to a new version making repeated billing I would have save my money for something else! Now I’m out the $4.99 plus tax and no working app. Deleting!!!! This is the 4th company in a year that I paid for pro version only to be left without a working app I paid for. If this type bate and switch after you buy something, I’ll stick too no purchase apps. Nobody likes to be forced into a subscription on something the bought already.

Only complaint is that DarkBrowserPrivateSecure refreshes the page everytime I leave DarkBrowserPrivateSecure and come back. It’s annoying to have fb refresh for instance in the midfle of a feed

The dark mode on this is pretty great. It helps a bunch, specially if your browsing at night.
But there are some complaints, it appears that due to the infrequent updates to this browser, captcha is apparently not supported.
This means that for some logins that require captcha, it might be impossible to login using this browser. Which is a huge bummer!
Then again this could be a fault on my end, perhaps a fault in the website, or maybe it's just the browser after all.

Yea it's good for dark mode, but I can't recommend this to people to use. After reading the privacy policy it's like many apps making a profit off our online interactions. There is no reason they need to share my information with their affiliates! Even though they don't sell information, sharing it is just as bad.

Doesn’t do captcha images at all, I have to switch to a completely different browser to get back to that captcha, so I avoided this issue, deleted Dark Browser to use another one, that’s faster and more reliable.

The advertisement that comes with the free service- a darkened web browser -is a solid white screen that flashes into your eyes. When making an app designed to be easy on the eyes in low light setting, you just can’t do this. You guys are idiots.

only complaint i got besides of course the annoying pop ups but that's for every browser.
i can't and won't blame DarkBrowserPrivateSecure for that.

I got DarkBrowserPrivateSecure so when at night I can browse more easily. I have dark mode turned on. Some days yah man kinda horny you know, I go on private mode and type go to phub. Freakin bright dude, I can’t even watch porn. Might as well use Chrome.

This used to be a great app for nighttime web browsing. But now it is unusable because of the multiple ads begging you to upgrade and the annoying full screen ads which blind you t startup. Greed has destroyed DarkBrowserPrivateSecure .

Kiwi on Android is the best dark mode browser hands down. The only thing that your browser is missing to be a decent competitor on iOS is being able to set default text sizes in the settings. I know that I can do this in reader mode but it would be nice to just set it once and see the web the way it was meant to be seen instead of having to go to reader mode for people with bad eyesight.
