How to fix TravelBoast app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the TravelBoast app on iPhone
Update TravelBoast app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall TravelBoast iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix TravelBoast on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve TravelBoast network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

TravelBoast Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix TravelBoast not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the TravelBoast App
1. On android, goto Settings » TravelBoast » click [Force Stop]

Update TravelBoast to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TravelBoast App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » TravelBoast » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart TravelBoast.

Fix TravelBoast unable to contact server/ TravelBoast internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click TravelBoast » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto TravelBoast » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch TravelBoast
