Please take this advice if you are thinking of using this service. When trying to cancel, they tell you it’s not possible and you have to pay for the full two years. The customer service is atrocious and they speak in a way that you are bothering them and they have no obligation to help. On the site itself, it says ‘to cancel, click on the chat button’ but that button in my experience does not exist. If you won’t allow someone to cancel then why do you list this option on the site to begin with. The ability to not cancel a service is unheard of and I will be working with my bank institution to block all future payments

UPDATE: A clear business model?
Your app is in porteguese with no English translation. Your terms to cancel are hidden and require you to work with an automated system that takes 48 hours. Your agents who refer people tell you, you can cancel at anytime.
You have refused to provide a refund.
A company can always cancel a service for the benefit of customer satisfaction but you choose not to.
Incredibly rude customer support.
Do not sign up. Near Impossible to cancel your subscription. Tried to cancel immediately after signing up because the offerings weren't useful.
You have to cancel using an automated system that opens a ticket for someone to call you in 48 hours. They call from an unknown blocked number and are incredibly rude and hang up on you. You have to request a cancelation again using the automated system. Had to contact my credit card company to stop payments.

Its big scam please don’t subscribe as after one month i try to cancel subscription it’s completely impossible to cancel they loop for cancellation they is no proper support system only whatsapp after one month of requesting to cancellation of subscription still they have not cancelled and charging to my cards multiple time its very frustrating service please don’t get involved
