I’ve had this app for almost a month now. My main problem with this app is that there is no tutorial with it and no help with it. Trying to figure out how to maneuver through this is very difficult. There is a frequently asked question area if you go to settings, but when you click on it, it goes straight to a keto managers FAQ which has a lot of questions that might be helpful, but they don’t go anywhere. They want you to open some app called Notion. That is absolutely a zero help that looks like an app to help people work at an office.

I have tried connecting my fitness tracker, which is my Apple health app. At first it input my steps automatically, but it stopped doing that. Also, for tracking, you can set tracking all the time. I set it for carb tracking the first week or two, I don’t think it did it. I think it did it one day the very first day. And then it says every morning that it’s not any good and you have to start it over. I know for a fact that some of those days, I did go over my net carbs and that’s why it broke the streak. However, I know like yesterday, again, I was below my net carb intake. It was only 85.4% and yet I broke the streak they have no rhyme or reason as to why this doesn’t hold a streak and what the parameters are for your streaks.
I’m very disappointed and may not renew at renewal time because it’s just too hard to figure out and get it to work properly.

I’m really liking this app. I’ve used several keto style apps and this is one of the best ones. It’s very specific about tracking and very easy to use. I will continue to use this one for quite a while now.
I only have one complaint. It is impossible to add a new custom food. The ad process makes absolutely no sense and when I get done with it and try to use it, the portion that I created comes up as in the number of milligrams or grams or cups that I put in to start with. So to see it another way when I select the thing and there were 45 g in the serving I selected one serving and it tells me I have 45 servings. I called tech-support, they said there was a how to in the faq. There isn’t. I tried every iteration I could think of combining servings with serving size, and it never ever works.
So, if you want a really good keto tracker product and you can use either the barcodes for the products that are in there list, then this is probably one of the best ones. But, if you need to add custom foods in any fashion pass on this when I go find a different app.

The no strings attached Keto savior. This application offers much more than other apps. You get a diary, meal plan and tracker plus meal suggestions. You can record your work outs and also be reminded to drink your water. The app also links to most fitness trackers, Alexa and google homes. It literally looks for every opportunity to make you reach your goal. I’m so happy to have found this app. This app gives you so much without forcing you to buy a subscription. I’m am so close to my fitness goals because of this app. I have worn clothes that I couldn’t have in years. Now I can confidently follow a fitness plan that does all the tracking and data organizing for you. I really couldn’t have done it without this application. I hope many people in the world find this application and use it to help them towards their fitness goal. I am so so happy for my progress with this application. It even lets me write down motivation scriptures, acclamations, and quotes.
