I can’t log in.
I went to a nutrishop and they said that to keep track of my progress to download this app. The first time that I tried it they told me to rest my password but that took almost 24 hours to get an email. This morning I got flooded with emails to rest my password and when I tried, it just kept saying invalid, please send another link to your email. I’d say don’t waist your time on this app and download the inbody app.

App just doesn’t work
Got the app yesterday from our local Nutrishop for a challenge ant my Crossfit gym, and it flat out will not work. We are all having the same issues of not being able to load anything from the challenge to our own profiles.

Garbage...don’t waste your time
I went to discount nutrition to get a scan. They don’t have a printer so I download the app. My birthdate keeps changing to 11/09/8700 so I can’t access my scan from this morning. I’ve changed it dozens of time and press “save” & it doesn’t save. I’ve contacted the app support in the chat room. He said he’ll look into it. Hours have gone by & yet still no changes. Pathetic.
