How to fix 2DM app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the 2DM app on iPhone
Update 2DM app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall 2DM iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix 2DM on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve 2DM network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

2DM Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix 2DM not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent 2DM app issues:

Force Stop the 2DM App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click 2DM app. » click "Force Stop".

Update 2DM to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear 2DM App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "2DM app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch 2DM.

Fix 2DM unable to contact server/ 2DM internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click 2DM » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got 2DM » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch 2DM on android.
