I downloaded Locationscout because I created an account on my Mac. I can login on my Mac perfectly fine but Locationscout will not allow me to login. Username and password entered and the login button/tab is grayed out. I reinstalled Locationscout multiple times but nothing.

I can get pass the login, no matter what I enter my info and the button won’t activate to press to login.

When I am going someplace new, this is the first research that I do. Sometimes there isn’t anything reported but often there is.

The more we report, the better it is for everyone.

I am new to Locationscout but am excited to use it! As an amateur landscape and cityscape photographer I am thrilled to be able to preview the places I will be visiting so that I can map out my photo journey with help of beautiful curated professional location photos, travel and parking info, weather, sunset and sunrise info!
4 stars rather than 5 only because Locationscout development is still in progress.

Nice and simple app for photographers. Can be used to look for potential places for shoots and to keep track of the ones you have taken. The developer is really responsive too I contacted him to ask a question about bookmarks and heard back right away. Thank you!

As a landscape photographer visiting Italy for the first time, this app proved to be an indispensable tool for pinpoint locating all of the iconic photo op spots in Cinque Terre and Tuscan countryside. And as an added plus, their support team is outstanding. Highly recommended!

Simple and easy to use, log in worked with no issues and if found location fast.

No need to buy a book, or research for hours and miss out on some great photos on a weekend trip. I was in the airport and reading the news on my phone in the travel section I came across an article about New Zealand. The author said he found all of his location for his photos from Locationscout. So I downloaded it and found some places I didn’t know about on my weekend trip. I have shown my pictures and everyone wants to know where they are and how I found them.
I’m not a professional photographer and I travels a lot on business and always take my camera with me. Now I’m adding an extra day just to go spend the day shoot all these places I never would have found. It’s so easy to use every time I get in the car I open it up to see if there is anything I haven’t seen before or should go and shoot.

I use it always when traveling to new places where I have never been. I plan ahead and it saves me a lot of time. Strongly reccomended.

I can’t explain how valuable Locationscout is. I was stationed in Germany for 40 months and I use Locationscout soo much. I planned countless road trips with Locationscout and meant to many more places and I probably would’ve if I had not have had Locationscout because of the amazing photo spots of Locationscout showed me. The best part about it was with the premium I could just GPS straight to the location which was helpful for me being in a foreign country. 10/10 I always recommend Locationscout to all my photography friends, and I was surprised to find that in most of the various countries if I ever met a photographer, they already knew about Locationscout. For the developer: keep doing what you are doing. This is such an invaluable tool for all of us photographers all appreciate it more than you know.

Photographer Working a full time job, I don’t always have the time to find sweet locations. I haven’t tested the GPS coordinates and their accuracy yet. I will in a few months on my UK trip, But I love the input from the other photographers about the location, the time of day and crowds. It’s really everything a photographer wants to know about a spot.

I have been using Location Score for years and years and was so excited for Locationscout (not so happy when there was a fee to use LS.. but I get it)
Every time I travel I check Locationscout to see what is others have found in those locations and at times have gone and snapped my own shot. I love that it can give me the coordinates so I can’t miss the shot.

I love to travel our planet. I love the challenge of taking beautiful outdoor photos from different places. I’ve spent an inordinate amount of time online trying to find great photo locations. Locationscout saves many hours of of online searching by letting me know about great locations, in a matter of seconds! I plan on looking into the unique features of Locationscout in the coming months.

In the past, I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been to new places (think vacation) photographing never knowing that a better location was nearby thus returning home with images that could have easily been better if I had known about this app.

It’s super easy to use and whenever I’m heading out to shoot I automatically open this great little App and bookmark subjects and locations that I didn’t want to miss.

For vacations it helps me plan sights to see and oftentimes, things that I didn’t even know existed.

I’ve been a photographer for many years but I rarely got the chance to travel. When I finally planned a photo trip to Europe, I needed a way to find to best spots near me without wasting tons of valuable time trying to find them for myself. Locationscout was exactly what I needed. It gives you examples of the views and each spot and some examples of the photos that are possible from there. It includes directions as well as advice on parking, and little helpful specific trips like “make sure to bring bug spray” or “sunscreen.” I’ve been using it regularly since that trip and I hope to continue. Thank you for making this and to everyone who contributes!

I’ve been using this website for about a year now and it has not let me down. Locationscout works really well and it allows me to find spots while out and about.
