When i call anyone, the application shows me a message that you are not connected to the internet, Although this is not the first time that I have used the application in my country, In addition to I have been charged the balance and i have 1453 coins My id: 168213 I hope to solve the problem as soon as possible!!!!

How to fix Toya app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Toya app on iPhone
Update Toya app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Toya iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Toya on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Toya network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Toya Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Toya not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Toya App
1. On android, goto Settings » Toya » click [Force Stop]

Update Toya to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Toya App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Toya » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Toya.

Fix Toya unable to contact server/ Toya internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Toya » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Toya » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Toya
