Does not make sense that ToddleFamily needs access to all photos in order to download photos from ToddleFamily to your phone. The download function does not work with access to “Selected Photos” either. No other iPhone app, including competitor apps like Brightwheel, has this invasion of privacy to work correctly. What is ToddleFamily doing with access to all photos?

I have 3 kids in different grades . I have to change the account to check each one notifications and announcements and if I didn’t it gives me error !!!!!
Should send me an email with each notification.
Why me as a parent don’t have access to class files ( studying resources) from the family app, each time I have to log in from my kid’s account see the materials!!!

App crashes a lot. Don’t try to add a photo to your profile. Not only can you not resize and crop, it completely freezes ToddleFamily . Also, after picking a photo you cannot finish your profile by entering your phone number as cell doesn’t work.
More importantly, ToddleFamily doesn’t allow the parents to communicate in subgroups or post their own updates. So kinda useless.
ToddleFamily is not at MVP level yet.

User interface is the worst!!!!!!!! Browsing pictures is impossible if you zoom on pictures scrolling, skipping… pictures won’t save, wish I can give it 0 starts, such garbage

The iOS app is severely limited to the point where you question if it’s still even actively being worked on. How do I view evaluations in app? The workaround is to view on web and to turn the phone to landscape. This seems like basic functionality and based on the iOS app’s update cadence, I’m not holding my breath ToddleFamily will ever have feature parity to the web app.

Touch doesn’t work for me at all during last 2 days. ToddleFamily is totally blocked from using it.

App hasn’t worked at all in the last 2 days. Unable to tap anything. When it does work, it is a buggy. Tapping on pictures or hearting something is finicky, sometimes not working or lagged by a second or two. App hasn’t been updated in a long time.

I can see from reviews that this was an issue that the developer said they were addressing nearly a year ago. It’s still not fixed.
While I appreciate the developers response that they don’t misuse photo access, their word is not enough. This should be a quick and easy fix in swift. Please get it done.

Recently, ToddleFamily has been none responsive upon opening. I have to close and reopen ToddleFamily several times before I could access any of the functions. Sometimes I cannot get it to respond at all. My child is hospitalized and I can’t communicate with his teacher or check notifications from the school. Hope this gets fixed asap.

2 epochs of iOS updates and ToddleFamily still just freezes whenever I open it. Total time of usage is around 3 times in 45 days it has not completely frozen upon launching ToddleFamily . From iOS 17.6.1, 17.7, and now 18.0 all production installs ToddleFamily just will NOT function. When it works, it’s ok

The idea is good, but ToddleFamily is very flawed. For example, since a couple of weeks I am not able to watch or download any of the videos that are posted about my son’s class. And it is really hard that simple functions -like selecting and copying bits of text- are not available… having to retype all the relevant information that is sent by the teachers is really cumbersome.

What I love about the Toddle family app is that it lets me see how my child is doing in class. I get a constant streams of evidence of my child’s learning. I can also have one on one conversations with my child’s teacher. Having access to school announcements and the school calendar is a bonus!
