It needs serious update. Has a good concept, it would be nice to have stuff for free since is the word of Hod and get paid with ads. Probably would do better that way. Bout to delete if it crashes on everything.

My kids have loved these stories, but the videos no longer play on my iPhone after the last update. It just remains on a blank black screen for each video.

When I got on there it said I had to buy everything but I didn’t want to so when I wanted play the video it kept saying” are you sure you want to purchase this

I purchased all titles, but whenever I click on the text Kinderbibel in my Bibliothek library ChildrensBibleBooksMoviesFamilySchool crashes to the home screen. Please help!!

Love this video of the Bible app.. but doesn’t work anymore to watch the whole bible Videos.. just a blank screen .. used to be a five star app

Doesn’t work. I tap to open ChildrensBibleBooksMoviesFamilySchool and I see a pic of Jesus and kids, but then...NOTHING. nothing at all. Can’t tap, swipe, move to a menu...nothing. Totally useless.

I downloaded app and picked my language and now it won’t do anything. Very sad that it won’t work.

I am appalled at the David & Goliath story. It showed an image of David holding up Goliath's severed head - totally inappropriate to show decapitation in a children's story!

I wanted to get my son 12 bible story's and it didn’t even work or download it wont even let me download!

ChildrensBibleBooksMoviesFamilySchool looks great and the free movie worked at first. I paid for all of them and nothing will work. No idea how to contact anyone about it, so I’m hoping my review may help get me in touch with someone.

I used ChildrensBibleBooksMoviesFamilySchool with my son several years ago and it was great. Now it doesn’t work. Please fix it.

I downloaded the book version. My biggest complaint is that the navigation is terrible. There's no table of contents and you have to start from Genesis and turn the pages until you get to the story you want. Turning the pages is not that easy or quick. There's no way to bookmark, you just start from "in the beginning" every time.
Also the story is not extremely self-explanitory and reading to my child I had to fill in a lot of the blanks with my own explanations. Not that I mind doing that but when I pay $8.99 for a book, even in comic book form I expect it to have enough words to describe what's happening.
I also found to my dismay that some of the graphics are not appropriate for a 4 yr old. Wish I could get my money back and get something better from the bookstore.

The concept and format are great. There wasn't always three panels as advised in the "how to" section, but it was fairly easy to navigate. I think the language could also be more simplified to meet the younger age group and still get the message across. I don't know if there would be a demand for this to be narrated (especially with the different language options - this would allow exposure to the Bible as well as to other languages). It may expand the age that would have access to this. I think flipping through the pages is a nice touch. I could see where parents attending church could use this to have their children participate in the message and not be "bored" in an adult setting.

Now I’m downloading it again for my younger children.

I really enjoyed ChildrensBibleBooksMoviesFamilySchool for several reasons outside of even the story content itself. It seems the designers put a great deal of effort and thought into usability as well as the design of the comic book. The illustrations are nice and the narration is good. The variety of languages increases the accessibility of ChildrensBibleBooksMoviesFamilySchool which is great as well. Navigation is a breeze and in case it doesn't come naturally to you, they have a great tutorial that is brief and effective. I especially enjoy that the comic book naturally starts zoomed in on the text on the page and when you tap for the "next page" it goes first to a zoomed out version of the page so you can get the whole picture. Definitely a great app to add to your collection.
