I always have to send in appeals to get any points, and sometimes I forget to take pictures so I can’t even do that. I have been to every single home game and stayed for 4 every time, but I have been cheated out of over 1,000 points because of the terrible quality of TideLoyaltyPoints. We really should just have act card readers to swipe on the way out of the games. It’s not like this school can’t afford to buy more act card readers to have on the way out of the games. We definitely have the money to do that and if you’re trying to reward students based on their attendance to games you need to have a fair and accurate way of doing so.

UA, if you even read these, stop tracking your students with TideLoyaltyPoints. It’s scary, and creepy, and you do not need to know this much about my location. Until I need it next year, this piece of trash app is leaving my phone. Good riddance. Shame on you for STEALING LOCATION DATA FROM STUDENTS!!!

TideLoyaltyPoints is just the worst. I go to every home game and this is just awful! I have to end up going to the Tide loyalty points desk to get my points. I’m not going to have an app that doesn’t work determine if I get football tickets or not!

TideLoyaltyPoints doesn’t even function, errors on everything. The few times there’s not errors it’s eternally loading and still won’t work.

TideLoyaltyPoints completely broke on gameday, stayed till the 4th like I do every game but I was not rewarded for it. Kept saying there was an error. Mega dummy idiot stuff right there.

Not user friendly. No clear way to get support when needed. Doesn’t work half the time. Appeals process is ridiculous, and if you are denied then oh well you don’t get your points. Terrible system.

Horrible, good for nothing app. You think with loyalty points being such a necessary component towards getting football tickets they would make it feasibly accessible for students, but it’s the exact opposite. App never loads no matter what school event your at, and all you can do is cross your fingers and hope that loyalty points will come your way. Not to mention, the appeal process is slow and bogus. I wish I could give TideLoyaltyPoints 0 stars for just how awful it is.

About two weeks ago my app randomly started crashing and I didn’t get the points for the games I attended.

This is kinda stupid and really dumb.
