Can’t use an Heirloom Gift Card?

Heirloom doesn’t take phone orders and doesn’t let you use their own gift card to pay on their own app- which makes the gift card we purchased for family basically useless in the time of Covid. What a frustrating user experience. 😒

I ordered a meal last night and was charged twice for the meal… it’s better to just go to the restaurant and have a meal there. I’ve had multiple problems with wrong orders, missing items/dressings or extra charges (double charged.

The food is great here BUT HeirloomEats is garbage, orders have gotten “lost,” menu items listed on the web site aren’t available on HeirloomEats and it constantly crashes. I suggest you have an experienced company work on this rather than a manager’s cousin’s neighbor.

App consistently loses orders while still charging your card. Would be much better off if they adopted the same UX as their sister Resturant, Butterfish

Love the food, love the restaurant, love everything about heirloom but HeirloomEats . So buggy and also doesn’t give me the option to use gift card.

All of these other reviews complain about HeirloomEats not being able to take gift cards BUT IT DOES NOW! HeirloomEats is amazing - I can place online orders at one of the BEST restaurants in Fresno, their food and service is impeccable, and they deserve all the love they can get. HeirloomEats does exactly what it was meant to do and it looks beautiful too! Fantastic restaurant, fantastic app. Love it.
