Slatch is not available in the Apple App Store in China. How are Chinese users able to use Slatch? Do they have to use another version of the app, like WoChat Live?

My friend in Thailand has installed your app on Android. It is displaying the message "Error you are not connected to the network or another problem occurred. Check again your phone number." What can be done to resolve this?

I do not get chat message translations. The USA icon is inactive and when it’s clicked, no translation into English (from Spanish) is visible.
