How to fix Slatch app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Slatch app on iPhone
Update Slatch app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Slatch iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Slatch on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Slatch network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Slatch Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Slatch not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Slatch App
1. On android, goto Settings » Slatch » click [Force Stop]

Update Slatch to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Slatch App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Slatch » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Slatch.

Fix Slatch unable to contact server/ Slatch internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Slatch » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Slatch » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Slatch
