It’s cheap so I don't want to complain but the service is terrible. Pickup is never on time, you better expect 15 minutes late to everything. Sometimes drivers lie about picking you up and no one cares about your feedback.

TrinityMetroOnDemand connects the “last mile” of commuting from a train station to work/play by offering a third option to Bus or private rideshare options.
Unfortunately, you cannot purchase a Trinity Metro ticket from Zip Zone. A better solution would be an end-to-end transit experience. I want to know I will get all the way to where I am going — the train station is not the final destination!
