Deceitful Estimated time of delivery

If you own a business and need a prompt delivery, do not use this app or else you will loose both your client and your integrity. I searched online and saw Kwik and choose them because of time of delivery. They gave an estimate delivery time of 12:40, itβs 2:30 and no call of receiving yet . My client sent me a stinker and requested for her money.
