Hi. I have issue for my order. January 6 I ordered and January 8 I got message that my order will arrive 10am to 7 pm. That day I didn’t get my order. Next day I got message again where they said me my order will be on place at 2:55. At 2:06 I got call unknown number they asked me about my order. When I finish I turn off the call and immediately I got message where show that my order has been canceled by tangelo. I want to know what is the problem? Why it is canceled? When I can get it? Thank you.

Tangelo also has some glitches that would allow individuals on their end to get into the app successfully without complying with the verification process. As a community health worker, who is not beside the person, we wouldn't know. Now if the client has already started using the app but have not complied with the verification requirements, what can I do from my end. At the end of the day, it is unfair for those who did comply and those people who could have been given the this assistance.
Sam here, a Community Health Worker and earlier on today while enrolling one of my clients. There was a glitch in your app. It took so many times to upload a doc for verification. The client was only approved of $900 worth of Tangelo but instead she got a total of $1800. How can you help in correcting it and just giving her $900 only. They really only deserve 1 star because they are actually providing some food. But they are so inconsistent. I got the $600 free for food but those boxes of food are definitely not worth the price for what they send you. Idk who's donating to them to provide free $600 but they're definitely making a profit. You buy a $50 box of dairy and protein and it's really worth like $30 (if that) market value. Not to mention they take forever to send you the boxes you order. I've ordered three times and the three times there have been an issue. One order placed in December never came (talking to them now) one took 3 weeks to get here and the last order was missing a box because they ran out? And that box never came. If you qualify for the free money everything you're getting is for free and we should be grateful, which I am. But the service is terrible, you don't get your orders quickly if you're someone in need and this is definitely a scam to make someone else money so don't doubt that.

While they do deliver the food, all three times they have attempted to deliver it to a nonexistent address and each time I wrote to them explaining the situation. And every time I explained the situation they’d say they were hard at work, that they are taking this matter very seriously, that they were working on it at the moment. Personally I do not understand how one could constantly get the address wrong. It shouldn’t even have happened once. Aren’t addresses supposed to be sent electronically which essentially eliminates all errors? And why was it wrong all three times that I ordered? I also know for a fact that I put the correct address in. I showed the employees my order which shows my order number and address. In addition, I also typed my address out for them in our conversation and yet again and again it’s the same responses with absolutely no effort whatsoever to fix the problem.

This app is 100% a scam. First off, they will take ages just to “approve” your current address. After waiting a while, you will be able to “place” and order which will convince you this may not be a scam. Then, they will cancel your order the day you are supposed to receive it, and when you contact them they will ensure no such thing has taken place. The contact support offered within the app are bots and not very helpful. Save your time please, this app is a scam. Do not download it and do no believe the replies stating otherwise.
