Same for me, the phone cannot find the diffuser anymore after Android update...:(((

Hello, after Android updated yesterday to UI 5 the app does not find the aroma diffuser anymore dispite reinstallation, restart, clear cache, clear storage, anything.... I guess the app needs an update, please fix.

How to fix YOUNGDO app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the YOUNGDO app on iPhone
Update YOUNGDO app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall YOUNGDO iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix YOUNGDO on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve YOUNGDO network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

YOUNGDO Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix YOUNGDO not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the YOUNGDO App
1. On android, goto Settings » YOUNGDO » click [Force Stop]

Update YOUNGDO to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear YOUNGDO App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » YOUNGDO » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart YOUNGDO.

Fix YOUNGDO unable to contact server/ YOUNGDO internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click YOUNGDO » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto YOUNGDO » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch YOUNGDO
