DO NOT book this app services… I’m so disappointed and upset. I had a basically new couch (9 months old) and had someone from this app come clean it. You suppose the people assigned to the task have minimal knowledge and experience on the service but I had a lady come in and literally bleached my couch… I submitted a refund request to this app and activated the insurance and I was told it was my responsibility to know the couch could only be washed with water and no other products… zero accountability from the this app team… my new couch is still bleached and ruined… and had absolutely no help on even intention to help from the team. never booking any services through this app again…
OSCAR is terrible, they have uncertified technicians. The waste your materials and do not perform the job and they are not held liable of responsible, I even reached out to them on Instagram and they blocked me. Zero accountability, if you want value for your money don’t use OSCAR. Este aplicativo é péssimo, eles têm técnicos não certificados. Cancelé el servicio y no me han devuelto el 75% del monto total por cancelación. Se han quedado con todo el dinero. Les envío correos, y no me responden.
