Wow.
The majority of the motivation in RainSleepSoundsMeditation is all about how a woman can be better for men and there is a bunch promoting sexist stereotypes of women crying all the time.

I date men, but none of my life centers around being better so men can benefit from me or how I can make men better.
I am focused on making me better because I need me and I want to be of use in the world. If you’re with me, you’re part of the world, so you’re included.

It’s your mother’s responsibility to raise boys to be good men, not the women you date. We have enough to do without having to raise grown men.

I unfortunately immediately got majorly distracted!, a Google AD popped up blocking the whole screen and it took me a minute to figure out how to close it. Wayyyy tooooo much work for an anxiety ridden person who has ADHD and uses these kinds of tactics to relax, center in the words and be mindful of myself.

Love RainSleepSoundsMeditation because it’s free which is rare but means a whole lot. At first I was worried but then when I read all the quotes I was happily shocked!! To be honest they are updated more importantly than I ever expected!

The quotes r awesome. The length of time it is on the screen needs to be twice if not three times longer. That’s why I gave it 4 out of 5 stars.

I enjoy receiving my daily motivation and verses. There are many days that just the right quote comes in time and like It’s speaking directly to me!! Thank you.
