- The app is glitchy and media disappears or moves to another page when leaving the app.

- Projects can be lost if not saved frequently.

- The 9x16 canvas is not actually 9x16.

- There is no option to send items to the back or change the order of things, making it difficult to bring items back to the top.

To resolve Moodboard network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Moodboard App
1. On android, goto Settings » Moodboard » click [Force Stop]

Clear Moodboard App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Moodboard » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Moodboard.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Moodboard » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Moodboard » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Moodboard
