Hi, i have applied for crew member job. i have received an email to book the time slot for group interview but when i tried to choose the time slot, it refers me to Olivia that a hiring manager will contact me. till now i have not received any information about time slot booking for the interview. please help!

In order to review and continue I need to look at the I-9 form. Yet when I click it it says no guardian access error page try again

Won’t let me update or add a video it’s the second time this has happen I just want a job

I'm having trouble with the verification code. I tried everything I could think of restarting devices, trying multiple devices, turning on and off wi-fi, ect., but I'm not receiving a verification code in my text messages.

cant continue the hiring process paperwork . wrong number put in for the verification code.

Hiring manager put wrong phone number in and I cant complete the verification to get job offer

I had an interview at 10 AM today June 4, 2021. She got on and said she had to check something and that she’d call me back in an hour. I waited on the meeting until 12 PM. It’s now 6:29 PM, and still nothing. Her name is Brandy Hamblin, I’m located in Hinesville Georgia. I find this very rude, and unprofessional. Mchire won’t let me reschedule my interview that I didn’t even get. I’m beyond mad.

Trying to finish my mchire application but it's not letting me open the I-9. It says "Before starting your I-9 form, please complete all required items above", even though I already completed everything else in the application. Reloading just unchecks the boxes on step 4, but even if I check them again it does nothing.

The date I entered on my tax forms kept changing when I clicked off. I reversed the numbers so they'd show the actual date. Now the final document shows the reversed numbers and not the correct date that it showed when I filled it out. And McHire won't allow me to edit the form.

My Interview was scheduled at 1230 EST and got several reminders I was sent a non working link to upload a video for the interview I emailed about it not working and got no reply. There was no interview

I had a virtual interview scheduled for today at 4:00. No one showed (except me) in spite of having received 3 reminders an hour earlier. What’s more aggravating is that there was no human to reach out to. 45 minutes of my time completely wasted.

i never received my mchire phone call, i had rescheduled it to a later date, but when it was time for the interview to take place it never did.

I applied for a job, got an interview, and the manager was having some issues with my application, so I received a rejection email so I called the store and she told me to re-apply and that she would save my spot. However, McHire won’t allow me to re-apply for the job.

Please email me samples of paperwork included in orientation packets/booklets. We are in the process of updating our packet so that it can be downloaded onto McHire Onboarding. Thank you!

I got a message that read "Hi Phillip! We're excited to move you forward in our process. Please respond to your offer for Crew Team Member opportunity" but each time I attempt to input the verification code it reads "an error has occurred" I am in serious need of this job asap so if I can get some help that would be amazing
