Charged yearly
I downloaded the application for the free trial and was immediately charged for the yearly . I even made sure to hit cancel subscription so when the 3 days were up, I wouldn’t be charged and here I am. It was stuck on pending charge which did not allow me to use my Apple wallet. Apple support was useless and said that I must have purchased unknowingly, therefor I just wait for charge I didn’t ask for or allow to process and only then could I request a full refund. This is not what I want to be dealing with on a Saturday morning before work. Thanks a lot.

Cancel Membership
I did a chat with one of your representatives on day 1 as you have a 3 day free trial and asked how to cancel membership. I got no response yet you still charged my card. There’s no option in settings. Total scam. I will be calling my bank. If you charge my card again that is fraud as I have requested to cancel the membership and have documentation.
