I am a tenant trying to setup my new account. I live at the Millbrook apartment complex in Baltimore Maryland. My Address is 6960 Brookmill road apt 60BM1D. This software is no user friendly.
Dear ManageGo Support, I am Florante Asegurado, bookkeeper for HighView Home Management, currently using the account of Rachel Green. While reconciling the account for 73 Starr for the month of October 2024, I encountered an issue. The Difference is already showing as zero, but whenever I press the "Reconcile Now" button, a prompt appears stating: "The sum of all transactions in this statement must be balanced." Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? Is there a way to close the reconciliation despite this prompt, or—if the problem is due to an error on my part—could you guide me on how to correct it?
