They repeated charged my Apple Pay card 49.99 so many times and I have been trying to cancel this . Impossible
I have sent my request for a refund multiple times yet I have not received any response. I tried to cancel this app yet I was still debited the monthly subscription fee. Please proceed with the refund ASAP. The lack of response to my requests is appalling!

I tried cancelling my free trial three days before it ended because I didn’t like the app and it won’t let me cancel!! They always send the same email talking about Apple support and canceling in settings or the App Store but each time I tell them it doesn’t show up they don’t reply and send the same automated message over and over again!! It said if there is no cancel trial option then it’s already cancelled but there’s not even a HitFit SUBSCRIPTION showing up so that means this is through the app!! I don’t even wanna hear some excuse because even my Apple support guide told me the subscription wasn’t through iTunes but through the app and there’s no charge on my iTunes. They charged me yesterday when it wouldn’t even let me CANCEL. I WANT A REFUND.

I downloaded this app just to check it out and see what it’s about. I subscribed for the free trial but never used the app so when I was charged $50 for I requested a refund. They sent me an email about how they couldn’t process my refund because my card was charged through apple so I had to take it up with apple pretty much. They even sent a link and videos about how to do that. Well after days of tryna follow their directions I got help from apple support and turns out apple never charged me for anything. It was the app all along and the emails are to just so you can focus more on apple refunding your money instead of them. A whole rip off and it’s really sad

After trying to repeatedly cancel I kept getting charged and no help. I requested a refund and was given instructions to reach out to Apple. They didn’t even allow me to cancel and kept charging. I was never even able to use the app because it kept requesting to either restore or sign up. I had already signed up and was charged even though according to the app my subscription did not exist. I expected better customer service for an app with these reviews. Trainers might be good (I can only say that because of the reviews since I was not able to try), but they really need to work on their customer service.
