Does not load anything. Spinning forever
The app just keeps on loading the book it won't open no matter what
While reading a book, the app starts randomly reading another book that I have not selected. It does not read the book I have selected to the end. After one chapter, it starts with another book. please help
While listening the app, it stops by itself and I have to turn on the phone again fo the app to keep playing the audiobook
Everytime i pick a book to read, it will keep on loading no matter what a do. I tried everyting but it will take forever to load
I have a sub that I pay in Playstore. But when I try login Headway in iphone using Gmail account, it crashes
the listening option just doesn't work anymore. It just stays at the front but isn't playing. Reading works but i've payed so much for this app i'd like to listen to these books.
Hi I had enjoyed using your app, however over the last few months the listen option just randomly stops and the daily read tracker is not registering correctly. I had previously been using the app everyday and now it's not enjoyable, as the service will just randomly stop. While I have been writing this the app has stopped twice. I use a Pixel 7 Pro the phone and app are fully updated. Any assistance would be appreciated. If the app is not fixed I'll not be renewing my subscription.
The app won't open
I've read 2 books on my list , but it won't mark it as complete.
My subscription is not recognized on my iPhone. Only on IPad.
Have to constantly reinstall this app. The app keeps moving to a white screen? Cannot see books again until I reinstall it?
App no longer responding and before it started this count would be loss and books were starting to repeat that had already been read.
Stop playing during sessions
I am trying to log into my provider portal with Headway, and I keep getting the following error: "Error: Network Error". I'm worried I will not be able to submit my claim within the allotted window of time
It starting to make me nervous. The books, while reading, crashes, or stops and you need to start it again. After finally finishing the book it doesn't count as a read book. My streak was lost, the count of books is not correct.
App would close as soon as I tried to open a book. I tried logging out and back in, then it didn’t recognize my email address. I had to create account again and now it doesn’t recognize my subscription.
It closes immediately as you try to open
