If I am watching live feed and I click out of חדשות13 and click back in then the video crashes, and I am unable to restore it even if I click “Live” again, and I have to completely close out of חדשות13 and reopen it to watch live feed again. However, if while I am watching live feed I receive a phone call, and it pauses the video, then once I finish the call the live feed will continue playing and won’t crash.

I use to watch the Israeli news everyday, since you turned to channel 13 instead of 10 it almost NEVER works. Very disappointing..please fix it.

השקעתם כל כך הרבה מיליונים באולפן חדש ונוצץ - ועדיין אין אפליקציה מתפקדת. חברת חדשות בשנת 2020 ללא אפליקציה שימושית.
האפליקציה הקיימת סיימה את תפקידה. האפליקציה החדשה צריכה לשים דגש על חווית משתמש, שיפור איכות וידאו, שיפור סטרימינג, הפחתת הפרסומות בכל לחיצה והעלאת מהדורות בזמן. הרי מה ההגיון בהעלאת מהדורה כמה ימים לאחר שידורה כאשר רוב המשתמשים מעוניינים להתעדכן במהדורה שפיספסו עוד באותו היום או בבוקר למחרת? לפחות תעלו את המהדורות ליוטיוב כמו ״כאן 11״.
