At 1st, there wasn't a way to color within Coloringbook with my Apple pencil, not my fingers, so I wrote a review. Today is the 2nd day of my free trial and I'm now allowed to “paint with a bucket” which is likened as single tap fills entire area from border to border. The page is pitch black oddly enough and you have 1 option, that option is to entirely blacken the page by removing the outlines of the picture (while still only being allowed to tap to “spill” the paint bucket and turns out lines are still there) and putting the picture outlines back into visible mode. There are no brushes, pens, pencils, nothing. Very boring for sure!!

First let me say I do enjoy this coloring app and its effects BUT, I have emailed app support 2 or 3 times with absolutely NO RESPONSE. The moving backgrounds DO NOT work on newer iPhone and iPad models. Coloringbook needs to be updated to support these newer models or it needs to be mentioned that Coloringbook is not supported on the newer iPhones/iPads. I have paid for the annual subscription but if Coloringbook is not updated, I will cancel my subscription. Also, as others have mentioned MORE COLORS would be an added bonus and greatly appreciated.

This coloring app is fun, interesting, and satisfying with the different ways of how you can color. It’s relaxing, and it does promote curiousness on how you can apply the different styles of colors. The only thing that gets frustrating when in the zone is the lack of main colors, black, white, grey. I love the option to remove the lines that define the image. Would also be nice if you could choose a different color as the outlines. I would also like to suggest maybe adding more of the different options on how the colors added. I do have a few design ideas if your interested. I’m sure Coloringbook deserves probably 4 stars but I’m choosing 3 because I really hope you do take in my thoughts on how to improve you app. And once I am able to enjoy Coloringbook with out frustrations then I will update my review into more positive rating. I do enjoy Coloringbook but when coloring is a way to ZEN and has any down or negative feeling, it don’t become ZEN anymore and pointless to try to level yourself from “Adulting” sorto speak.

But.. more please? I will buy the full version, and spread this thing AAALL over everywhere.. BUT!

Needs just a few more things:

•Back or Return button (is handy to hv)
•Custom color picker (i like limited colors too, makes u think out of the box.. however, sometimes theres just ONE color or so you gotta hv just right ya kno?)
•Slightly larger or more detailed thumbs of the TEXTURE options?
•Perhaps some interface reworks? A lil polish, maybe :)

Aaand.. lastly? MOAR. MOAR COLORS, MOAR TEXTURES.. MOAR OF THOSE GORGEOUS LIVE ACTION BACKGROUNDS!!

oh.. know what could also be HELLA cool? Maybe a way to make these into live backgrounds for your device.. lol maybe there is a way, with other apps? Prolly, if I were tech savvy enu..

As a coloring fan, and a happy person, I would like a game with everything unlocked, except things like adds. Not to be picky, but Colorfy, coloring therapy, and just the coloring apps though out Coloringbook world, have so many good coloring pages, THAT ARE LOCKED. ALL GOOD PAGES ARE LOCKED. And why I called this a app loop, is because the BEST THINGS are always locked.
So if someone could make a app with amazing pages for free.

P.S. I just would like good pages not all pages. I don’t waste money on stuff like that.

So I just got the game thinking that it’s going to be a good and relaxing coloring game. I get into the game and click on a non locked picture for me to color. I click on red to color in her lips but I can’t color! And then I figure out that I can only click on the black to color that in! Ugh! Her lips looked so... ick! And for her eyes, I looked for white, but I couldn’t find it! I am giving you my honest opinion. I don’t recommend downloading this game. Not worth the download.

1. It’s a good idea, where you pick the colors and patterns compared to other coloring games.
2. It’s missing some important colors like white, black, and some browns, as well as some nice skin tones since a lot of the pictures are of people
3. Wish there were more options to color. Unless you pay the full freight, you only have access to a few birds, some zodiacs, peculiar people, and sort of weird patterns?
4. A last thing that I noticed was, let’s say you have a picture with a bird as the centerpiece, surrounded by branches and plants and whatnot. The items around it will be basically solid coloring space, which is great. But a lot of times the centerpiece is half or more of black where you can’t color in. It makes texture and patterns and I get that, but I’d prefer there be a bit less. Also a lot of times the eyes are just black which can get kind of creepy..

Overall fairly decent. If someone asked me a for good coloring app, this wouldn’t be what I said, but it has potential.

I love this game! It is fun and has beautiful pictures. I have three complaints though.#1 . WHY IS THE MUSIC SO SAD??? I like encouraging songs or no songs. But these are just plain sad. #2. Some of these pages are to inappropriate for kids. It says four and up and some of these pages have people that are... well... NAKED. Let’s be happy THOSE ONES are not high in detail. Ugh. And last but not least, #3. Where is white? Isn’t white just as important as any other color? I use the really light blue when I need white. I hope u look into my suggestions because they are VERY important.

I like this honestly but I have two complaints about it one there are way to many premium pictures and people aren’t gonna want it much if you to pay to color the pictures you want so you have a lot less premium pics and the second thing is you should add a search cadogory I’m tired of having to swipe down to find a picture to color if you don’t want to add a search bar I understand but at least take away the premium pics!!! They are driving me crazy! Bye 👋👋

This game is great! There are so many colors and pictures! But, some things need to be changed. One, there is no black or brown of colors like that, so then u can’t do a realistic picture. Two, most of the really cool pictures are locked, maybe a few mor cooler free ones? Other that that, it’s great, I will give five stars once these things are fixed, thank you!

It’s fine and all but you can’t make your own art like draw your own pictures,Also it makes you buy stuff but you don’t have to buy stuff and there’s a whole column is not buying stuff and there’s a whole column of buying stuff and I really like this so I gave it a 4. Please don’t be misled by me because my spelling is wrong hehe sry,but Coloringbook is cool 😎

I love this game because I love coloring and it is perfect for me and it also helps my fingers because they weren’t very strong but now they are very strong and it helps my fingers because now I am way better at drawing and my parents got it for me on my tablet because they knew that if I did this that I would be a better I mean that I would be better at it and now look at me I am way way way better bye

I think this is the best game ever because right now I am sick it’s suuuuuupeeeeeerrrrrr relaxing it’s not like color by number were you have to go by the number you can chose your colors

Don’t get me wrong Coloringbook is amazing! It’s sooooo fun I love it. When you color the whole thing and it shows you the picture I always love my pictures. The only thing that I would say is that when you color the whole right side (except 2) but when I color them all then what? I love Coloringbook sooooooo much you really should get Coloringbook! There is one side for plain colors but you can do effects but also another side for really cool colors like vale you and lava!

If you are watching the add for this game right now and your thinking that wow this game is soooo cool your so right if you like coloring but on an iPad and not by number thane this game is just for you. If got Coloringbook and it is so addicting because every time you are playing another app and you get bored or something go on your iPad and play this game it’s awesome 👏 well that’s all I’ve got to say so I hope it you get Coloringbook you will like it and I hope you will have a good day or you already did have a good day so byeeeee

I love Coloringbook but I do not like it how you have to pay for half of the pictures and it does need more pictures of what the music is great when you go into the settings and I love all the colors in the fax you can do and what I like
about them was that you can get these really cool backgrounds and I really love those backgrounds and they’re such pretty pictures it’s just I really hate how you have to pay for half of them so I didn’t pay for half of them and I am still going to finish all that that’s my only concern

I love this game! I just bought it like maybe ten minutes ago and I already fell in love with it! Though as I’ve been play I’ve noticed a few things…1. It is missing the color white. I really like using white for stuff! Thought the background when you start the painting is black... white NEEDS to be added! Brown is also missing. If the creator is reading this right now please put that on you to-do list. 2. While you color in Coloringbook you can pick what material you’d like to paint with. I think fabric should be added, please add all of those this..MORE UPDATES COMEING SOON🎆🤗😃

This is a great game I love all the designs and colors you can do also the back rounds, how some of them even move! I think everyone will like this game but there is one thing I don’t LOVE, it’s that you have to watch a 30 second video every time to get a free painting to paint. And I think you should just be able to click on it and go right in. But nope! You can’t! Also another thing I’ve complained about on another game is that there are to many premium pictures! There should be none! Your just trying to get more money! NO MORE PREMIUM PICTURES! or at least less and add some good FREE pictures like girls and boys and animals. Please I BEG YOU

I actually LOVE this game so far. I haven’t seen all the pictures but I’m gonna try to look at them all so like the owner of this game I love this game so much thanks you for making it! I’m making my sister play it with me and it’s a perfect art game for kids who love art and action and more thank you. 😊🙏🏻
