To connect weverse to my appletv i need to scan the QR code from my tv to the weverse app, it tells me to link then i press ok then it does not link. I still have the app on my phone and ipad but now it wont connect to my tv. I did have it on my tv before the update, but i deleted it because it did not have one of the fandoms i added after the update, wen i re loaded it now its not connecting

I bought SEVENTEEN's membership and the $20 usd came out of my bank account but it doesn't seem like it actually went through on the website as I can't sign up for anything like ticket pre-register?

Force Stop the Weverse App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Weverse app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Weverse to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Weverse App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Weverse app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Weverse.
