Shifa was good at first now its just a complete failure everyday there is an issue the update takes ages the info doesn’t show and the best is the recent change i enter the otp and im out of Shifa u really need to fix this or delete it coz it’s frustrating
I wanted to try Shifa but all it wants first is my civil ID and there’s no way I’m going give you. Where’s the privacy here? I want to try and give you a rating but due the privacy concern, I’m afraid to provide my ID.
We could not book appointment as there is message pop up that we have not institute registered under our name
