OmegaOne is a grand waste of money from our dues. It’s cluttered, hard to use, and overall inefficient for chapter use. I wish the developers would fix the calendar tool for implementing event times.

Do better, honestly.

Literally won’t let me log in. I have tried countless times deleting and redownloading OmegaOne , updating my phone software and nothing works. I contacted supported and sent them screenshots, videos, and given them my type of phone and iOS i’m running on and they have done nothing to help. Seriously so frustrating, I cannot participate in a majority of the things required for my sorority (study hours, calendar, opening PDF’s). Someone needs to fix this asap. Ridiculous

it’s soooooo glitchy. I’ve changed my password and it’s the correct email and chapter and it still says I have the wrong email/password. It’s so frustrating because you have to have OmegaOne for my chapter to check in and get points. LIKE PLEASE JUST FIX OmegaOne !!!!!!!!!!!!!

yes the email and password are correct because they work for my omegafi log in, it’s NOT working

I thought gin system was poorly designed, but OmegaOne has exceeded my low expectations. The check in feature won’t even let you scroll down to actually check in, rendering the feature useless. The layout isn’t intuitive and OmegaOne is an all around frustrating navigational experience.

I have all of my notifications set on, yet i only receive notifications 5% of the time. And when I do receive them, sometimes OmegaOne itself doesn’t even work. This causes me to miss important last minute information so please fix it

Also, the question pop-ups screw w OmegaOne so bad i can’t even use it. thanks

I have to constantly delete and redownlod OmegaOne to be able to log on. OmegaOne will log me out and then proceed to tell me I have the wrong log in information, which it is not. This is quite awful and very frustrating to have to do this. It only started happening after a recent update. Not happy with it. Please fix this asap.

OmegaOne has way to many glitches. It will scroll to the top by itself when I’m trying to scroll down and it closes folders in the file section immediately after I try to open them. Not to mention the fact that it is extremely slow when too many people get on at a time. I would not recommend chapters using this.

The gin system that preceded OmegaOne had lots of problems, but the switch to omega one has shown me I was taking those problems for granted. Appealing points, opening files, and even looking at the calendar is difficult and ineffective. OmegaOne lags and the best part of graduating is that I will not need to use this ever again.

The worst app I have ever had to use. On the Wall where announcements are posted, you cannot scroll, you can only see about three announcements and if you try to scroll it will bring you back to the top. It has endless glitches in every aspect of OmegaOne . I am trying to convince my organization to switch back to our old system because this is the worst interface I’ve ever used. If I didn’t have to use OmegaOne it would’ve stayed on my phone for less than 30 seconds.

I would like to begin by saying I never rate or review apps but I am writing on here today to voice my strong opinions and concerns regarding OmegaOne. I need to use OmegaOne multiple times a day because I am part of a Greek community at my university. With that being said, it makes me nothing but frustrated when using it. Let me know why links are highlighted blue as if they will bring you to the website but then it just doesn’t? No matter how many times you click it, nothing will open. So then I end up logging onto my laptop to look at practically ANYTHING posted, which again is VERY often. Given that I am using my laptop to view everything that is posed doesn’t that defeat the purpose of OmegaOne ? I would recommend this to no (absolutely no) sorority or fraternity to use. You are better off using a fax machine. Fix this now.

I feel like OmegaOne has a time limit. It will work fine for the first minute or two, then immediately start glitching more and more the longer I’m on it. My organization uses OmegaOne primarily to log points, post files occasionally, and very rarely respond to polls. It takes so long to log points because by the time I’m finished appealing for the first, the glitching begins. The screen ALWAYS jumps away to another page that I have not selected. Once I navigate back to the Points page, black bars at the top and bottom of the display cover any buttons such as “appeal,” which I feel would be a pretty important thing to be able to access while appealing! Also it’s extremely frustrating that while scrolling through our listed point opportunities, it glitches and takes me back to the top as if it’s been refreshed each time I move my thumb to scroll. I always have to close OmegaOne and start over. I would love to know why we pay this much for an application that has a mediocre interface, horrible customer service, and extensive technical issues.

Super glitchy won’t even let me change months in calendar

It is an improvement over Gin but OmegaOne currently has a glitch on the iPhone at least where if there are tabs, they will open and then suddenly close again before you can click on anything in the tab. You have to hit it a bunch before it glitches to staying open or you are fast enough to click on the file in that tab before it closes. It’s gotten pretty annoying.

Super glitchy. When I’m looking at the calendar, I can’t move forward to the next month. The arrow button doesn’t work. And you should be able to click on an announcement as a direct link to what the announcement is about. For example, if there’s an announcement that a new question was posted, I should be able to click that announcement and go to the question directly.

Lots of bugs! You can’t open folders in the files section, they will automatically close. You also can’t scroll on the wall, it just scrolls back up. Any utility offered by a centralized platform is overshadowed by the lack of basic functionality

OmegaOne has everything there like the website but is SLOW to any input given and isn’t optimized for newer phones. The black bars around the screen are annoying. Inputting things takes more time than necessary. Other than that it’s a decent base to start.

OmegaOne has a good base but I miss the gin system features that OmegaOne lacks. I wish there was a full calendar feature or even a help button to help walk users through OmegaOne since it is new. If there isn’t a calendar feature added I think OmegaOne will fail because as a busy sorority girl I don’t have the time to scroll through the wall to find out if an event is coming up. I do however like the way they have intergrated the study hours system and I think that it will be user friendly!!

System is efficient and modern. Some minor issues but overall, it’s so much easier to use than MCR

Customer service is terrible, lots of glitches when trying to log in, poor communication between this app and it’s clients. My chapter can’t work an app that we are paying for and their support staff is unresponsive. Get another app that is more established if you can.

Thank you this app for making the least user-friendly app in the world. I have been trying to login for a month now and I’ve been on the hold with customer service for a ridiculously long time. Please figure it out this is ridiculous.

If I could give zero stars I would. Literally just does not let me log in no matter what I do. Customer service is rude and not helpful. They told me “well you’re not the only one having this problem.” They told me there is nothing they can do. 0/10 hate them with a passion

Very slow and took me forever how to figure out how to view the full announcement posts. Not any bette than GIN. I thought GIN sucked and this would be a step up, but this is not good if even worse.

Makes chapter communication so easy and the emergency check in is so valuable!

At least they have an app.
