I downloaded this app for my companies fleet and went through the entire process of adding everyone. When I try to login it asks for my phone number. I give them the phone number and it gives you the option to either get a text message or a call with a security code to login. It does neither. I give them the phone number and they do not send me a text message and it does not call me with the three digit code. I have tried it several times and hoped it would work because the regular ParkChicago app doesn’t work with my iPhone or other people I know. Logging into this app is next to impossible. He goes on and off at random times. Everyone I know with an android has no problem. The guys at work for me that use the app have an android and they have no problem. But all of us that have iPhones can’t get the app to stay open. I don’t know if it’s a software glitch or if this is an intentional money grab by Park Chicago. The more you miss re-upping your parking fee the more tickets they give out. I’m sure they will explain it as just a glitch
