Follow these steps to resolve intermittent iWeathar Lite app issues:

Force Stop the iWeathar Lite App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click iWeathar Lite app. » click "Force Stop".

Update iWeathar Lite to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear iWeathar Lite App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "iWeathar Lite app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch iWeathar Lite.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click iWeathar Lite » "Force Stop".

Again, got iWeathar Lite » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
