- Uploading custom logos can be challenging and the app only allows PNG images from the photo gallery.

- The app becomes slow and laggy after a while of having it open.

- The randomized results in American Football don't seem to reflect the level of the teams.

- There is no option for a consolation bracket in tournaments.

To resolve Winner network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Winner App
1. On android, goto Settings » Winner » click [Force Stop]

Clear Winner App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Winner » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Winner.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Winner » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Winner » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Winner
