Doesn't open

I click on it to open, but nothing happens. It says here in the App Store that it's already open. But when I click on the icon with a two finger tap, it gives me the choice of opening it, or removing it from my dock. So, something isn't working right. Seeing as I cannot open it up, I can't evaluate it, so I'm giving it one star.
