I just downloaded SNAPResupply . That color scheme hurts my eyes. Don’t know who thought that having a black background with dark gray writing was a good idea, but it’s not!

What’s the point of an app that you can’t even sign up for … followed all of the password requirements and just cannot get past the account creation screen.

I’ve never used an App to order my cpap supplies. I always called, but my old company changed locations so getting cpap supplies took a lot longer. So I changed companies. My new company recommended SNAP.

When I signed up for SNAP they already had all my information in SNAPResupply . That’s kinda scary. So I try to edit my provider, but there isn’t an edit page for your provider. You can edit your personal and insurance information with no problem.

If you can change your provider please let me know and I will change my rating.

Started SNAPResupply , it found my account when signing up, but it has an ooooooold email address that I wanted to change. Went to personal details and changed it, now SNAPResupply says it can’t find my account with the new email, and keeps kicking me back to the login screen without an error using the old email. Going to have to call my provider on Monday to resolve this…

It’s impossible to read anything in SNAPResupply . Dark grey text on a black screen.

It’s pretty bad when you cannot even log in to an app. That pretty much sums this one up.

SNAPResupply used light grey text on a black background in buttons on a bright white background. The header is bright turquoise. It’s branding. The problem with the text is that there is simply no contrast while the black noses on white background make it impossible to read the text grey text in the black boxes.

This needs to be corrected for SNAPResupply to even begin to be of any value. As it is it is worthless.

The content is in a black background with grey text. In other words, it is very difficult to read and use SNAPResupply . I was trying to look up an order but it says it has a problem. Well, how does one contact anyone to find out what it is? What use is SNAPResupply if you still have to call to get anything done?

I can’t get logged in, it just continues to go back to the log in screen. I am trying to use SNAPResupply on an iPhone 13 running iso 15? Any help would be appreciated, really needing to change my email address and I was hoping I could do that from in SNAPResupply , if not how do I login in online?

This is one of the lousiest apps that I have ever had the displeasure to use. I knew I was in for a bad time when, on the initial login screen, the keyboard covered up the password fields and could not be dismissed long enough to see the text giving the convoluted requirements for the password, or the "helpful" error message "Please enter the same password again." Well, I would if I could see what I was doing.

Strike two was the text in the order history being dark gray on a darker gray background, nice and illegible. Of course, this is what happens when the background reacts to the phone being in dark mode, but the text does not. Finally, it's always a nice use of the processing power of the iPhone 12 to see the progress indicator spinning for ten or fifteen seconds when going from screen to screen.

With all the revenue this company earns by calling up CPAP users months before their supplies run out so their insurance companies can be bilked out of more money, you'd think they'd be able to afford a decent iOS developer who can produce a decent iOS native app. The only reason this doesn't get one star is because it doesn't appear to be an outright scam, like so many other apps on the store, just horribly inept. I look forward to the day when Apple will actually curate the store like they claim they do, and stop allowing junky apps like this on SNAPResupply Store.

SNAPResupply is unusable when your iPhone or iPad is in dark mode. Cannot read any of the text. Always frustrating when app developers seem to be years behind and don’t thoroughly test their product.

The negative reviews have me befuddled. I think this is fantastic! The only disappointment I have, is not knowing about this sooner! I only found out about it because I got a text to order supplies, that took me to a website, and me thinking that was the coolest ever, because usually I call, after placing my order, it suggested SNAPResupply to follow my order status.
All I had to do was sign up. It had all my info and what supplies I was due for, already loaded. Super simple and efficient!
To me, this makes things just a little easier, and that's always a bonus.

SNAPResupply is about as modern as conducting a web search on Netscape with Alta Vista or Lycos. It is basically pointless. If I click view my orders, I am brought to a static page where I can’t even copy the tracking number, let alone submit a support ticket for the order. There is a “Call Us” button, which is an antiquated support option anyway. No email, no chat, no digital support whatsoever. Entirely out of touch with the modern world. Everything about AdaptHealth (or whatever name they go by these days) is backwards, and SNAPResupply is no exception. Don’t bother, and if you can get your CPAP equipment through someone else, do it.

Useless so far. No way to get out of a screen that says: we’re sorry but we can’t find an account number associated with your email address.

I’m trying to correct the email address, but SNAPResupply is still blocked. No email or website to contact the developer. Very disappointing.

This software does not process orders properly. It cannot distinguishes between different insurance benefits without making errors . Insurance companies will hold users responsible for snap mistakes when ordering medical equipment . Insured customers expected to pay out of pocket for Snap mistakes .
Medical supply companies that use Snap are not recommended.

I’ve now tried to use SNAPResupply twice to order supplies to keep from having to call. Both times I downloaded it, it messed up. First time it just froze when I logged in and closed out. Now, it tells me my email address cannot be found when I know I created an account before. Super frustrating to end users to have to go back to the Stone Age of ordering supplies BY PHONE! 😡😡😡

I put in my email address where they send me my bill. Then it sends a verification email and I click on it, and it says Success!! Then you go back to sign on and it says it doesn’t recognize your email. Idiotic. Then to make matters worse, you can’t even try and change your email. Basically SNAPResupply is dead now because it doesn’t recognize the email it sent the verification to. WOW. The worst created app I’ve ever seen.

I tried signing up using my credentials. It didn’t recognize my email & provided no opportunity to change it then SNAPResupply just closed. I’m removing SNAPResupply.

to update your email address. I changed email addresses and now I can’t use SNAPResupply . In order to change this you have to call to get someone on the phone to get the new email linked to your account. So don’t change your email once you get SNAPResupply to work and be sure to use the same email you gave Aerocare because if you don’t then SNAPResupply locks up and you have to call and have them change it over the phone which is such a pain. I can’t understand for the life of me why SNAPResupply has no way to change or recover log in info or a way to change your email. While it was working it did fine but I never occurred to me SNAPResupply would lock up when I changed my email.

App locks up if wrong email is accidentally entered. Cannot change. Cannot open app. Useless app. And nobody will take ownership or accountability for fix or correction. Deleting app and all information does not help. Will reopen same locked app. Idiotic!

I entered a valid email address, but not the one linked to my account, it turns out. Now SNAPResupply simply says “we’re sorry, but we can’t find an account number associated with your email address. Please contact your printer and ensure they update your email address in SNAP.” The only option is to close SNAPResupply . You cannot try logging in again with a different address.

Removing SNAPResupply and app data doesn’t seem to wipe whatever is storing the address, so you get the same error on reinstall. I installed on another device and logged in with the correct address without issue. This dead end error with no means of backing out of it, even by uninstalling, is terribly designed UX.

The developer website has no option for support, and SNAPResupply is rendered non-functional. Truly frustrating.

I signed up with a different email address than it wanted. It doesn’t recognize it and won’t let me change it. Tried deleting app and all data but apparently it remembers something about my device on its servers which bothers me from a privacy standpoint.
