Cant use the phone while app running.

Whoever designed this should be fired. You can t use the app while driving, can’t call or use other apps like map or receive txt. Who developed /designed it clearly does not drive or understand the process. If it’s meant to have its own dedicated device.... there are plenty ELD companies offer same solutions without interruption to your day to day use on same device.

The number one issue I have with this ELD is customer service. For the last two days my drive time hasn’t been recognized, I’ve been trying to reach customer service and no one is responding. So far the ELD is not what they advertised. Not driver friendly, No 24 hour customer service, and they don’t care if you are legal or not. So it you want a ELD that’s not going to work for you then I recommend this piece of crap.
Signature not working

I have an IPad last generation and I was using this app for my job, I could not sign the document, it does not let me sign on my iPad, I thought something was wrong with my tablet so I bought a new one, and it is still happening the same problem, so I’ve got to the conclusion that the sign thing does not work with apple devices.
