How to fix Haze app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Haze app on iPhone
Update Haze app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Haze iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Haze on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Haze network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Haze app issues:

Force Stop the Haze App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Haze app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Haze to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Haze App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Haze app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Haze.

Fix Haze unable to contact server/ Haze internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Haze » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Haze » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Haze on android.
