Unable to Begin

The app asks to do a simple email verification when you make your account, which is very understandable. The problem is that the email never arrives. I’ve asked for a resubmission, waited hours, verified my email address to make sure there wasn’t a spelling error or something on my part, but the email just never comes, and without the verification you cannot continue to use the app. So unfortunately due to this error I cannot even see what the app is actually like.
Good but buggy, no way to contact developers

I’ve been using this app for over a year and while I like it there are definitely some hiccups. Today I tried contacting the dev team via their website’s contact form and both on mobile and desktop I get a “please enter a message” error when I try to send.
My main issue at the moment is the app created a second category for my perfumes called “fragrances” and there’s seemingly no way to merge the lists back to the original “perfume” list, and all new items added automatically go to “fragrance”. I waited a few weeks to see if this would be fixed by an update but no luck. There’s also some bugs when adding photos, and sometimes the wrong product images show up in random spots. The structure of the app is good and my favourite out of the ones I’ve tried, but the bugs are frustrating, as is the inability to ask for help.

Most of the time this apps works really well but when I experience problems, it’s when you’re trying to search for things in your own database and it won’t search brand names. I have to use descriptions of the item rather than the brand name to find it. Also they really need to have a barcode scanner because filling out all the information by hand is so time-consuming and tedious. That’s the only drawback from this app everything else works really well.
