This a review for the APP. If I could give negative stars, it would be at least negative 5. I keep seeing the “developer response” and honestly, they just seem to not care. “Please reach out, blah, blah”. I HAVE reached out MANY times. Why even bother to have an app that constantly crashes? I count at least 3-4 crashes before I can read anything on the app. Then I’ll be able to navigate to one more story, before it crashes again. This happens over and over and over. I do NOT have a regular computer to use, and I’m sure I’m not the only person in the world without. I try on Safari with your website, but that too, is a nightmare, especially during the sales. Also, stop promoting an app that is so bad, just fix it, instead of shelling out all the cash for the new commercials, fix the app for your CURRENT customers who have already paid you! I see many other reviews and I get why people are angry, just feel glad I’m not the only one. Been annual for over a year. There is a lot that needs fixing for me to re-up next time. Sad that I just had to get used to my boxes not arriving for a very long time, especially for many products I can literally go out, same day, and pick up at a couple stores, we all know the ones, sometimes for less money and less hassle. Just fix the app. Tired of missing out on things because YOUR app does not work!!

If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. It may seem nice at first, but over time it’s more trouble than it’s worth. The company promotes and sells promises they can’t deliver. When confronted or asked about the misleading information all they do is apologize but not admit anything or even acknowledge what you say. It’s like robots responding. Maybe that’s all their customer service is, is bots. You can never get a hold of any one that actually knows anything. They have countless times of false advertisement and don’t even get me started on “drop ship” items that ship directly from retailers. The products are garbage and arrive in deplorable conditions, that is, if they even arrive! They won’t update you either if an item is lost so unless you’re vigilant they’ll just take your money. I’ve had THE worst customer service experiences ever. And I’m not one to write reviews or complain but this has put such a bad taste in my mouth I have to share so people don’t get suckered in to joining. Don’t even think about becoming an annual member either, that’s where it really goes down hill. It’s like “ah ha! We’ve got em, no need to answer any of their questions they’ve paid upfront” I could ramble on and on for why not to join but I’ll stop now. So disappointing. DONT JOIN

I got my very first box which was this last summer box and then when it came time to review it all the review part wouldn’t work it would go into it I would give my stars and then a few seconds later it would kick me out eventually they did an update ok good update worked I got to review my box .. roll around to the winter box which let me tell u I’m FURIOUS to begin with because I thought this was a buy one time thing considering u have the option to buy one box or pay for four boxes upfront but nope they recharged my card for the winter box and it showed up at my door I hadn’t received an email stating to pick out my items or anything so I was angry payed 50 whatever for a box and didn’t get to choose a single thing because I had no idea I was being charged for another box on top of that I went to make my review and what do you know… the same thing as last time ! Can’t make the review it keeps kicking me out!! This app just isn’t it and they should really not be a every few months subscription they should be upfront and say it will charge every few months instead of it being lead to believe it’s a one time purchase🙄🙄🙄 there are many things that need to be worked on here.
