In general I think is a good idea but first of all the only way to signup is GOOGLE or SnapChat... So, I don’t have SnapChat because I don’t need it and I don’t use Google services at all not even web search engine or Chrome or any other service and I’m not interested in use them. So, for start the app will have limited users that can be maximize with other options of signup; for example: email, signin with Apple, Facebook... Now I can’t make another reviews from other categories like UI, appearance or other, because I can’t signup. I don’t think that I have to signup into other app or services that I’m not interested for been able to signup into a other app...

Using this app seems to be 50/50 on will it work. My biggest complaint is that when I or my partner react it may notify me and it may not. Then if it does notify me I may see that my partner says or it may just try to get me to react instead of showing me the notification. Sometimes I even have to open my phone instead because the watch app refuses to show me what my partner sent. That kind of makes the watch app useless for what I wanted out of it. Then it seems if you don’t open the app on your phone for a certain amount of time the watch won’t even let you send reactions until you open the app again. The app is an amazing concept but until I can go through at least 3-6 hours without having to “fix” issues with the phone app or watch then it is really just an inconvenience vs sending a cute emoji or gif. If it gets more stable in the future I’d consider giving it a better review and update this one.

This app is really cute, and it’s a great idea. However, there are some big problems:
1. The UX needs some work. I understand the desire for a minimalist interface, but the lack of signifiers is a problem. Initially it’s hard to tell how to interact with the app, when to swipe and when to tap. Simply adding a “send” button would help a lot, and would also cut down on accidental sending.
2. Sending seems iffy and random. My wife will send something, and I’ll get multiple notifications, and none of them will be what she was intending to send. Maybe that’s another UX issue and she’s actually sending multiple incorrect emotions, but if so it should be that easy to get wrong.
3. The interface when receiving and reacting is needlessly fiddly. I would think if you’ve received a visit that should be what you see when you open the app. You shouldn’t need to elect to view it. And there’s no need for a dedicated react button there. Instead, I would suggest returning to the default view, and having the send button I mentioned before, and a button to replay the last visit you received
I’m not sure if these are the right ways to address the problems, but I hope something is figured out. I love the idea of this app, and the theme and animations are fantastic
