When will CoolWaveCarWash be active again?

Wasn’t compatible with my Samsung 21ultra. Charged my card and never worked kept saying I needed to give location permission even though it was turned on for CoolWaveCarWash and on my phone settings. No way to contact through CoolWaveCarWash to requests money back have to dispute through my credit card company now.

Does not work

Until about 6 months ago CoolWaveCarWash was perfect. Then the wash codes no longer work. The kiosk asks for a 5 digit code, but CoolWaveCarWash gives a 6 digit code. If an attendant is not available I have to pay for an additional wash out of pocket. Makes paying for the subscription worthless.

When it works, it’s ok.

I would love to use this to earn free washes, but the prices are higher in CoolWaveCarWash than at the kiosk, and sometimes I pay and it won’t load my code, so I can’t get my wash. Occasionally when it does this it double charges me. Gave up.

CoolWaveCarWash works great and makes it so easy to wash your car at Cool Wave. Never had any issues with CoolWaveCarWash . Highly recommended! Cool Wave always provides the highest quality in customer service!
