As a native Washingtonian, and having stayed it almost every park in the state, I wish I had WashingtonStateParksGuide back when I was a kid. For full disclosure I’m 54 years old. I have a little 18 foot self contained camping trailer with two of my three best friends; my little cat and my service dog. Unfortunately my daughter is an able to be with me on this venture as she is starting her journey to becoming a Psychologist @ The University of Tennessee. Go Volunteers! (Dad pride...sorryish)
Anyway, dude on my current circumstances having to move park the park every 10 days, soon to be every 20 after 1 October, WashingtonStateParksGuide has help me tremendously finding the right spots getting the right information and feeling very very comfortable with knowing that the state of Washington is actually done something right. I do love the state that I was born and raised in, but I do have to say they don’t always get it right. In this case they have outdone themselves and whomever did WashingtonStateParksGuide needs to get busy and do the rest the Washington state apps I have because they would be phenomenal. 5+ stars for WashingtonStateParksGuide. I give an infinite number of stars for the very hard-working women and men, both paid and volunteers, who make these parks welcoming, safe, well designed and just really lovely people to be around. I thank each and every one of them. They help more than they could possibly know. As a person who has PTSD, a traumatic brain injury and has a difficult time with anything that doesn’t work smoothly, [Absolutely my issue NOT the parks people] WashingtonStateParksGuide has, 98% of the time (yes, I’ve kept track) I have ZERO problems finding, exploring and reserving a space that, to date, has been better than what I perceived from WashingtonStateParksGuide . That would s a HUGE compliment! It’s always best to under-promise and over deliver than Vice versa.
Get to know WashingtonStateParksGuide and you’ll be as much in love with it as I...unless you’re not at which point the issue is you, not the great folks who have provided it to us. (Please know I say that with a smile and not in a mean way.)
Happy camping!
