1 year agoTHIS IS A SCAM!!!! You can't cancel through them. I canceled through my PayPal. Thankful for PayPal!!!! Extremely poor plan. ALL 7 days my plan said to eat salmon both lunch and dinner! I love salmon but no14 times during one week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did get the response to eat any kind of fish I wanted- very little help!!!

HARD TO CANCEL! Scam App...
I went with the trial and when I requested a cancellation , I received an email stating that due to “high intensity”, it would take them longer than 48 hours to respond. They concluded the email saying that they thanked me for my “patience and understanding”. Well, I was CHARGED this January cycle and after emailing them a 2nd time, received the same auto-generated email without getting an update on when my subscription will be cancelled (and at this point when my money will be refunded). Also, the choice of words generated in the email are less than professional making me feel like this app is a total scam. The “delay” in response is giving them more time to continue to deduct the monthly subscription fee. I (stupidly) signed up using PayPal which it set up to deduct directly from my checking account. In order to stop the auto payments, I changed my payment settings in PayPal in order for the subscription to stop charging me. Stay away from this App at all costs!

Do not purchase package online.
I’m pretty upset. Not at the meal plan. It’s great. I just hate the fact that I have to go find my meal plan on my email every time I need to check my keto meal plan. It cost me $40 and I can’t even login to us this app. How lame is that? So lesson learn, DO NOTTTTTT purchase anything online. Check your apps first. There’s so many keto apps that can help make things so much more easier. This ones complicated (of course, unless you bought the app prior to your online purchase). And I am not going to repurchase just to get this app. If I knew prior to my purchase, I would have NEVER done so. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE!! :/

Waste of money
I wasn’t sold on the keto diet after trying and doing research. Though you may lose weight you are depriving your body of allot of nutrients. I wasn’t aware this was a monthly payment for this app until I was charged for the second month. Customer Service is a robot with auto generated responses and would not refund the same day payment (smells like a scam). As mentioned in other disappointed reviews I had to go through PayPal and disconnect the payment. Save your money and visit a nutritionist. This app is not the answer.
