So we purchased the in app one time purchase to unlock all games about four months ago. Everything was working perfectly until the most recent update now requires you to do a monthly subscription in order to unlock all games. We already bought the games when they were a one time purchase, but now it will not allow us to access any of them. Any attempt to restore purchases via the link in ToddlerGamesBabyBalloonPop , conveniently just says that it failed and to verify Internet connection even when Internet connection is clearly working.
And what happens when I try to reach out to the developer if you go to their website via ToddlerGamesBabyBalloonPop support link in ToddlerGamesBabyBalloonPop Store it links to a email form that is completely broken and comes up with an error. Anytime you try to submit a communication.
Apple obviously is saying that the in app purchase is not refundable and to contact the developer but once again, there is no way to actually contact the developer. a little more research it looks like the developer is somewhere based in India and any other way to contact them is a dead end, phone numbers, everything. I even emailed a couple random emails that I can find online but to no response.
Essentially no resolution to a problem that could’ve been resolved by refunding the people that have made one time purchase before rolling out the subscription model, or allowing them to be grandfathered in and be able to actually restore purchases in game
