    Very shady

A lot of people talked about free trial here so I thought it comes with a free trial. I downloaded it and purchased it. But then I realized that there isn’t one. I decided to give it try. I’m not a fitness expert but I personally don’t like it. The workouts look really basic and especially there are not many gym workouts. When I went to the developer website, there is no info on the people who developed the app. Are the people who created the app professional trainers? They’re very sneaky with the billing. So later I realized that if you download the app through the link from Google, you do get a 7-day free trial. But the subscription price doubles compared to direct download from the App Store. That’s so shady. I wonder how many are paying that much money. I looked more deeply into the reviews and realized that a lot of people had the same issue as me, and the customer service here imply Apple controls the refund. But if you go to Apple refund page, it’ll tell you it’s not within policy to refund. The policy is set by the App developers. Overall, I really have some suspicions over why this app is one of the top ranked apps but so many much better similar apps (Nike training club, Fitbod, Centre, etc.) are ranked far below.

Total Fail (unless you have never done 1 push-up)

First - background: 1) I’m muscular- huge calves, quads and flutes, big shoulders and arms, pretty good sized chest. I selected my “belly” as the focus area. 2) I also input that I wanted to drop weight. I follow the Keto diet which does not allow processed foods, high sugar fruits, grains. ——— Before I could see any workout or diet recommendations, I had to pay - which I did. I reviewed the first 3 days of “my customized “ workout and diet program. NO exercises for my “belly” - only for arms, shoulders, legs. 100% fail there. Diet was ALL high sugar smoothies, processed grains- which all spike insulin. The ultimate ANTI-Keto diet, so the daily food recommendations were dead nuts wrong (but to be fair, this app never asked for any diet preferences, allergies and so forth - it just assumes you will eat whatever they suggest). Based on the parochial nature of the not-ready-for-prime-time app, and the 100% irrelevant and/or wrong recommendations, I cancelled within an hour of signing up. Now let’s see if they credit back my subscription fee. Bottom line: Do NOT buy this app until they get the most basic elements dialed in - maybe check back in late 2020

    Buyer Beware!

The program is enticing & marketing attractive, however, when you go through the questions then get the exciting results, you have to pay $59 per year (best deal) to access the program? I don’t think so!!! Why not be up front & show the charge for the app so people can decide if they want to spend their money. I know you’ll say the reason is there are different payment options. At least your app could say there is a “membership charge”. There are plenty of good exercise apps that don’t cost anything. A money back guarantee would help, but I still wouldn’t buy it. I discussed this with a bunch of my workout buddies at the gym & my work & they totally agree. Sorry, but you lost a lot of prospects.
