I recently received my Blaze card. While using it is no problem of course, the app will not let me sign in at all whatsoever. It’s so much easier to be able to pay my bill through my phone. I can pay it on a computer but its so much of a hassle when i can just do it on the go. If I was able to use the app I would definitely give 5 stars. But unfortunately I have to give just 1. Thanks

I literally just got my blaze card & installed the blaze app on my back phone. I can’t even set it up because it just stops! It won’t let me add my information to even create a account so I can keep track of my account!! If I could give NEGATIVE stars I absolutely would!!! I will be closing this card out. If they can’t get the app to work it’s because they as a company aren’t working either!!!

I called about a late fee than I had to call back and get fix after they told me it was taking care of. The representatives are rude and assume your a fool because they don’t like fixing mistakes. The floor supervisors come on the phone angry because of the representatives mistakes. Gets personal about your billing because their friends with the representatives. This card will be Canceled first chance I get!!!
