I did not orderThe FITME/EXPERT for an extra 14.99. I only ordered the 1 month plan for 24.99 if you can not take the 14.99 off of my account I want to cancel the program.
I got charged $12.50 and I didn’t order the app I just looked at it. It seems I’m not the only one this has happened to. I contacted Capital One about this issue but I’m going to notify the Better Business Bureau that this is what you do when someone just checks the site out.
