This app is subpar and doesn’t work correctly. Starting off with a bad implementation of login which forces the user to authenticate in a in-app browser (rather than using the popup version of safari), which is a security risk and bad practice. Then, it is incredibly slow and doesn’t find issues to log time when your Jira has several project.
It is simply better to use the web version from your desktop, which is not issue free, but at least works.

This app is only useful if you don’t care about when you logged a task, just how long it was and if you use google calendar.
If you’re like me, I use the actual wall time to remember switching tasks (I worked on this task in-between meetings, got interrupted by a phone call at this time, etc.). I also use Outlook, so this app is pretty useless to me.

No where to find a place to reach out to support to report issue easily. Hoping this gets through. I will open the app and the screen will go white. I will have to reopen and have a matter of seconds before it happens again.
