Free trial is a lie

The quality of this app seems decent, and I think it can be useful for some people. However, I decided it wasn’t for me and that I wanted to cancel my trial. I discovered that I had already been charged the day I signed up for the free trial, and there is no way to get help through the app. There is a ‘contact us’ option, but it takes you to the Apple email app, which I do not use.

I’ve completed two days and absolutely loved it, now I can’t get the app to load. It jus stays on the main screen. I’d delete and reinstall but I don’t want to lose my progress. Hoping this fixes itself so I can continue on.
Phenomenal meditations. Except when it crashes.

The only thing I would change about this great app, would be to make it stop crashing so much. There’s nothing worse than being mid-meditation, and then poof! App needs to restart. Honestly, though. Fantastic app otherwise. Please fix soon.
